[Part 2] Reaching out to You

Reaching out to You
Reaching out to You

Have you read this " what are we living for? " ? This post is the second part of it. Ok. Let's get started.

We can't seperate between religion and social life. Religion should be involved to everything. Remember, religion humanizes human.

If you are ever afraid that religion will only restrict social life between you and other people, remember that all religion taught about being tolerant of one another.

God gives us brain to think, and to find the right answer, the truth. That means that we are asked to learn. We can't simply agree to something that we don't know the truth about.

This is for you who is still looking for identity.
Keep trying to be a better version of yourself.
Get closer to The Almighty.
Someday you'll find the right answer for every question in your heart.
Don't ever stop.
Until The Almighty says:
It's time to go home.

What's the purpose of living? Worship.

Worship is not just about reading the Quran all day all night or doing the fardhu prayers. You can do the worship in every activity that you do. Studying, cleaning up, taking a pee/poo, eating, socializing, helping one another, working, trading, discussing, celebrating, and many more.

Remember to intend it all to worship God by following the courtesy that's been told in Quran and Hadiths. And also don't forget to find out why God asks us to do so. We have to know the value of what we do, right?

Why does God ask us to do the 5 fardhu prayers? Praying is like the time that God gives us to tell things that bother us in our sujood.

We are given a chance to tell about our problems to The Almighty 5 times in a day, God offers us a shoulder to cry on.

Do you think president or king have time to listen to our problems 5 times in a day? No way! That's a lot work.

Do you think your friends or even your husband/wife want to listen to your problem 5 times in a day, and you repeat it every single day? No way! They also have problems to face, right?

That's why we need to do the fardhu prayers. That's why we need God.

Sujood is beautiful.
You whisper down to earth.
But heard in the sky.

112:1 Say: He is Allah, the One!
112:2 Allah, the eternally Besought of all!
112:3 He begetteth not nor was begotten.
112:4 And there is none comparable unto Him.

(QS. Al-Ikhlas: 112 (1-4))

If you ever wonder why Muslims face the Kaaba to do the prayer? Does it mean that they worship the Kaaba instead of God? No. Muslims only worship God, the only one.

We are asked to face the Kaaba to do the prayer by God. We obey the order. We are used to asked to face the Baitul Maqdis to do the prayer before the order to face the Kaaba. You can open the verses 144 of Al-Baqarah in Quran.

Kaaba is symbol to unite the direction, to ensure the unity among Muslims, it's called as Qiblah, the direction of prayer. Can you imagine if Muslims don't have Qiblah?

The prayer will be confusing, some jamaah probably want to face the west, other face the north, and the Imam face the east. but God won't let His believers to be in confusion, that's why we have Qiblah.

Another question might pop up in your mind like "Why Kaaba not the other places?" Because Kaaba is the center of the world.

The history said that the first person who drew the world map was a muslim. He drew the south directed to up, and north directed to down. Kaaba was in the center of it. But westerner changed it, to the opposite. Staying still, Kaaba was in the center of it.

There are a lot of things to learn about Islam. One book won't be enough.

If you don't understand about religion matters yet.
You're asked to learn more, not to insult or defy God's law.
Do not ever hate on God's law.
If God hates us,
Which place from under the sky that can hide us?
